Djokovic defeated nadal in the Clay Court for the first time out of ten tries. This is Djokovic’s third straight victory over Nadal in finals this season. Djokovic’s sixth title of 2011 allowed him to go by Bjorn Borg’s 31-match season-opening run in 1980. He trails only John McEnroe’s 42-0 start in 1984.

NBA: Atlanta Hawks Beats Chicago Bulls

Malisse tries his level best to extend this match and in doing so, holds his serve for a 3-5 scoreline. The Belgian needs to do something now before Federer flies away with the match while serving for it now.

MLB: Detroit Tigers Beats New York Yankees(6-3)

Detroit Tigers met New York Yankees on Thursday, 5th May, 1:00PM at Comerica Park in Detroit. Tigers performed really well in MLB Match and beat Yankees for the third straight time. Detroit won against Yankees with the score 6-3.

The Umpires for the game were HP--Tim Tschida. 1B--Jeff Nelson. 2B--Marty Foster. 3B--Bill Welke.

In the first round the scores were 0-1, second 0-0, in the third 0-0 , in the fourth 2-0 ,fifth 0-0 ,sixth 0-1 ,seventh 0-3,eighth 0-1 and Ninth 1-X ,and the final score by the two teams is 6-3.

Yankees led 2-1 in the sixth and Ramon hit hard single to right. Ramon  shifts to second on sacrifice and Boesch’s two-out single up the middle tied the game.

Boesch’s solo homer in the eighth made it 6-2. It was Detroit’s fourth and final hit. Boesch had a bizarre 2010, hitting .342 with 12 homers before All-Star break, then hitting .163 after it. He’s off to another nice start this season, hitting .318.

NBA Mavericks Vs Lakers Statistical Report

Dallas was at 26 points in first quarter and Lakers were at 20. In the second round 25 pts by Dallas and 29 by Lakers. 17 pts scored by Dallas and 13 pts by Lakers in the third round.In the last quarter 25 and 19 were the points scored by each team.

Maverics lead the baseball series with score 2-0 by Lakers. D. Nowitzki was the key player scored 24 Pts, 7 Reb , 2 Ast  in Dallas and A. Bynum  was the key player in Lakers 18 Pts, 13 Reb, 1 Ast. 

The total score was 93 by Dallas and 81 by Maverics. Los Angels missed its first 15 for 3-pointer left with 2:43. Los Angeles finished 2 for 20 on 3-pointers. In the last four seasons Lakers were exhausted during long stretches of their 75^th play off game.

Barea  led Maverics by  12 points and four assists in the fourth quarter behind Dalla’s bench. Bryant was unable to face him and went scoreless in the fourth quarter   with 3:11.

Nowitzki scored 15 points in the first half with 7- footer’s. Before entering the second quarter Lakers defended at him several times.

At last Maverics won the match in the series.

Derrick Rose Won NBA’s MVP Award

Derrick was the youngest player to win the NBA MVP for the year 2010. He was 20 year old player got this award as he led Chicago Bulls to 62-20 record in playoffs. On Monday night he shared his views on getting the MVP award.

Chicago Bulls won the match against Atlanta Hawks, 86-73 on Wednesday night. Rose was the best player in the match, with 25 points and 10 assists. But something has gone wrong. He had eight turnovers, and he hasn’t shot well the entire postseason. On Wednesday, he was 10-for-27. After losing Game 1, the word around the locker room was that they lacked energy for some reason. More likely, the energy level was fine.

This was just what happens in the playoffs: Things get clamped down, blocked out, clogged up, knocked around, and packed together. And so far, we’re talking about Indiana and Atlanta. The Bulls won Wednesday by doing all year as a system: hustling, rebounding, playing defense. This works fine against the Heat in the regular NBA sports season, but it’s uncertain that will be enough in a conference final.

Rose will learn. He is learning. And he has another week or so to figure this out and find a pace for the Bulls.
